Beach Day at St. Andrews

We had only 2 beach days the week in St Andrews. Water was cold but the sun was warm.

Golf Day

First time golfing in over 5 years. Played 9 holes. Had a great time and didn't do too bad considering !

Road trip along the Forgotten Coast

Took a drive down 30A to Mexico Beach, Port St Joe and Apalachicola. All funky little beach towns along the gulf coast.

St. Andrews State Park February 7-16

Our next stop ... the panhandle of Florida.

Boondocking between Orlando and Pan Handle February 6th

Spent the night at a horse rescue farm on our drive from Orlando to the panhandle of Florida. Woke up to horses all around the camper. They were so friendly ... and hungry !

Wekiwa State Park Kayak 1-31 and 2-3

Not too far from the Orlando City Park we stayed at is Wekiwa Springs State Park. The crystal clear water of Wekiwa Spring feed the Wekiva River. There are miles of river you can kayak. We kayaked 2 different days from the state park to Wekiva Island. The trip takes about half an hour and goes thru an amazing lush tropical landscape with abundant wildlife. It was breathtakingly beautiful and so peaceful. We took so many more pictures than we could post. We also discovered we could camp here. Definitely on our list for a future trip.
